- What an amazing event! Megaconference Jr. was
a huge success by all counts and the international
audience and participants were amazing. Here is

It's almost here! The online
schedule
continues to be udpated with moment by moment changes
as we wrap-up the rehearsals. Keep checking back
for the latest changes to the day's events. New
prizes have been donated
for the roll calls.

28, 2004
The countdown is on - Megaconference Jr. is eight
days away! The schedule
is now posted. Check back often for the most up
to date version of the schedule which will be updated
with new information as we go. Draft consent and
release form text is also now available for schools
to use.
Important
- If you think you have registered for Megaconference
Jr. but do not see your name listed in the registrants
list, you must check to be sure that you added
the words MEGACONFERENCE JR. to the department field
when you registered in ViDe.
Rehearsals
are underway for both PARTICIPANTS and PRESENTERS.
If you have not yet signed up for rehearsals, you
must do so by using this rehearsal
sign-up form.

Over 80 proposals were received from around the
world, wildly exceeding our expectations for this
event. Unfortunately, we were unable to accept some
excellent presentation and activity proposals but
we are encouraging schools to send us their powerpoint
(.ppt) files and/or video clips to be included as
part of the Virtual Poster Session.
